Motion Collabs x Boshi's Place: Exquisite Corpse Edition

Come hang for a night of pure motion graphics fun! 🔥

We’ll be hosting an Exquisite Corpse-style animation challenge, where selected participants will animate in After Effects and rotate between computers every 5 minutes, building on each other’s work until something unexpected and beautiful is born. The final animation will be stitched together and screened live for everyone to watch. Audience members get to influence the results by submitting animation prompts, which will be randomly selected during the event.

💻 How it works:

5 animators per round*

5 minutes per computer before switching

Multiple rounds if time allows (up to 10 participants total)

Final animation revealed live at the end

One lucky attendee wins a $25 AEScripts gift card (or equivalent)

*basic knowledge of After Effects is recommended as that's the animation software we'll be using
